夏日韩国泡菜简易版(图)

[size=3] 白菜洗净切成五厘米的片状,撒上半杯盐,半杯盐约等于120ML,拌匀后静置,象这种天气三四个小时差不多了。 [/size]
[size=3] 葱切段,蒜泥约70克,姜泥约20克,叶片变软时用清水清两次,稍微挤一下沥干水份。 [/size]
[size=3] 辣椒粉半杯,鱼露一大匙(约15ML)糖一大匙,少量盐,揉拌均匀。 [/size]
[size=3] 入密封容器中,放入冰箱,隔一天就可以吃了,两天以上更好。 [/size]
